Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to everyone who uses theskillpoint.com or enrols in a course at The Skill Point, Nagpur. By enrolling, you agree to them.
1. Enrolment and fees
- Your seat is confirmed once the registration fee is paid.
- Course fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed at enrolment. If an instalment is overdue, we may pause access to classes until it’s paid.
- Fees are as stated at the time of enrolment and include [applicable taxes / GST as applicable].
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Attendance and conduct
- Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to receive a certificate.
- We expect respectful behaviour toward trainers, staff and fellow students. Misconduct may lead to removal from the course without a refund.
- Students are responsible for their personal belongings on our premises.
3. Course content and changes
- Digital marketing platforms change often. We may update the syllabus, tools or schedule to keep training current.
- If a class is cancelled, we’ll reschedule it and inform you in advance.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, slides and templates belong to The Skill Point. They are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, share, sell or record them without our written permission.
5. Live projects and ad spend
Some live projects may use real ad accounts. Any ad budget for your own projects is your responsibility, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued by The Skill Point after you complete the course, meet the attendance requirement and submit required projects
7. Placement support
We provide placement training and interview opportunities. We do not guarantee a job, salary or selection. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
8. Photos and testimonials
We may take photos and videos during classes and events. We’ll ask for your consent before using your name, photo or testimonial in our marketing.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any business results, earnings or losses from applying what you learn. Our total liability is limited to the course fees you paid.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
